References in this policy to “Solbrin”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Digital Alliance sp. z o.o. operating under the Solbrin brand, unless the context requires otherwise.

4. Who may receive your data
Personal data may be made available, where necessary, to service providers used to operate the website and the business, such as:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before it was withdrawn.

7. Automated decision-making
Solbrin does not currently use personal data collected through this website to make decisions producing legal effects concerning you, or similarly significantly affecting you, based solely on automated processing. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
8. How we protect personal data
Solbrin uses appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or destruction. Measures are selected with regard to the nature of the data and the risks involved, and are reviewed as systems and practices change.
